To prevent fraud and other security issues our systems detect vpn’s and proxy servers. Your order could get canceled if you are using a vpn or proxy server. In this case you will get your money back prior to the product delivery. We strongly recommend you turn your vpn or proxy off while making purchases on our website. We took measures to encrypt our entire website using an SSL encryption. Also if the imvu account you provided is unreachable and you don’t contact us within 48 hours your order will be canceled and refunded.

All products come with easy to follow instructions. If you haven’t done so please go to your ImvuErotica dashboard in the download section and download the instruction file. If you still have problems submit a support ticket or contact us on discord.

No we do not accept credits as a payment method for various reasons.

What happens if my imvu account is not set to receive messages from everyone?2023-10-18T13:18:09+00:00

If your imvu account is not set to receive messages from everyone we will not be able to deliver your product. In this case we will wait 48 hours for you to contact us via support ticket or discord so we can fix the issue and deliver your order. If you don’t contact us within 48 hours your order will be canceled and refunded.

What happens if i provide the wrong imvu account name?2023-10-18T13:15:07+00:00

We strongly recommend that you double check your spelling on your imvu account name before placing an order. If you misspell your account name and the account does not exist when we deliver the products we will wait 48 hours for you to contact us so we can fix the problem. If you don’t contact us your order will be canceled and refunded. However if the wrong imvu account name you provided us with exists and the products are delivered there is nothing we can do. In this situation you will need to make another order with the correct imvu account name. We keep detailed archive with all our deliveries and we can provide proof of delivery every time.

What happens if imvu takes my product?2023-10-18T12:42:10+00:00

If a product is taken from you within 6 months of your purchase contact us and let us know. Also if your warranty passed and you want a product back you can contact us but in this case you will be charged 50% of the initial price. We do our best to make some backups for our products each month. If you contact us and we have a backup in place for that product we will replace it as soon as you let us know. However if we don’t have a backup in place for a certain product the delivery of the replacement will take place as soon as it’s available as several accounts are needed to re upload everything we lost and the peer review wait is long these days something that is not under our control. Setting up an account depends entirely on imvu. There is nothing on our side that we can do to speed that up. Also if for some reason we are unable to make a replacement of a certain product we can replace it with a similar priced one on your request.

Important Notice: Warranty replacement is voided if we discover you made a product that you purchased from us public! Imvu finds bm products alot faster when they are used in public rooms. If we discover you made one of our products public you will need to pay full price for a replacement and if you still continue to make products from us public after that we will deny future orders from you. Please understand that this measure has to be taken for your safety as well as ours.

Most of them do work on mobile, some dont, however from our testing we discovered most animations look a bit weird on mobile. Sadly that’s not something we can fix as it’s an app issue.

As the products once delivered can not be taken back from your account we don’t accept any refunds if the products have been sent to your account however, if you request a refund before the order has been delivered you have the option of choosing between a store credit refund and spend that credit to a different product. or a complete money back refund. If you have any issues with any of our products please contact us.There is no need to be hostile, there is a fix for every problem.

All products on our website currently come with a 6 months free replacement warranty, meaning in a product is taken from you by imvu within this time frame you should contact us for a replacement. However if a product is taken from you after the first 6 months expire and you want the product back you will have to pay 50% of the initial price.

Note: We will do our best to have replacements already in place each month, however if for some reason we were not able to make a backup of a certain product replacements will be sent as soon as possible as it takes time to set up accounts properly for uploading and wait for slow peer review process ( this is out of our control ).

Also if for some reason we are unable to make a replacement of a certain product you can choose another product of equal value that is available.

To minimize the risk of imvu scaning our accounts orders are sent within 24 hours since they have been placed. During holidays and weekends orders can take up to 48 hours to be processed and delivered to your imvu account that you provided.

Note: Make sure you provide the correct account name when you make an order on our website. If you provide the wrong account name and your order happens to be delivered to the wrong account we are not responsible for this issue and you will need to order again. We keep detailed records of all the orders and deliveries. Also make sure your account is set to receive messages from everyone. If it is set to friends only then we won’t be able to deliver your products.

Due to the high cost and high time needed to set up accounts for safely upload products currently we only sell gifted products but that may change in the near future.

Yes you do need to register an account with us. The main reason for that is every product comes with some simple use instructions that will be delivered to your ImvuErotica account in the download section once the product you purchased has been delivered.
